Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your SaltSense subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to all features until the subscription expires
- Your data will be preserved and accessible with a free account
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Within 7 days: Full refund if you're not satisfied with the service
- Technical issues: Pro-rated refund for extended service outages
- Billing errors: Full refund for any duplicate or erroneous charges
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@saltsense.xyz with:
- Your account email address
- The reason for your refund request
- Your payment receipt or transaction ID
We aim to process refund requests within 5-7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Partial months of service after the 7-day window
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)
5. Free Trial
If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial without any charges.
