By accessing and using SaltSense ("the Service"), operated by SaltSense, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

SaltSense is a web-based SaaS, AI-assisted medical bill and medication intelligence tool that helps people understand their medical bills and medication routines. The Service provides:

• Bill upload and OCR analysis of hospital and pharmacy bills
• Salt and drug-class breakdown for medications
• Duplicate and overlap detection for medications
• Generic and cost-saving insights
• Code interpretation (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, NDC, etc.)
• Medicine history and patient profile management
• Reminders, timers, and adherence support
• Doctor view and sharing capabilities
• Bill creation within SaltSense

Important: SaltSense does NOT provide medical advice, does NOT diagnose, and does NOT tell users to start, stop, or change any medicines. It is an informational and educational tool to support better conversations with qualified healthcare professionals.

3. No Medical Advice

Critical Disclaimer: SaltSense is NOT a medical device. It does NOT provide medical advice or prescribe treatment. It does NOT replace consultation with a licensed doctor, pharmacist, or other healthcare professional. It does NOT guarantee clinical safety, efficacy, or accuracy of any treatment.

Users must always confirm all decisions with their own doctor or pharmacist. Any risk, interaction, duplication, or saving information is informational only and must be reviewed with a qualified professional before action.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

5. License to Use the Platform

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or any portion thereof
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using SaltSense, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. We treat medical data as sensitive information and handle it with appropriate care and security measures.

8. Subscription and Payments

Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By purchasing SaltSense, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processor.

Subscription Plans: We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Pricing: Monthly subscription is $3.50 USD. Yearly subscription is $36 USD. Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.

9. Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days, refunds are generally not available, except where required by applicable consumer law. 10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Abuse of the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SaltSense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service
• SaltSense is not liable for any health outcomes, medication errors, or consequences arising from your use of the Service
• SaltSense does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by the Service
• Your use of the Service is at your own risk

Medical Disclaimer: SaltSense is not a medical tool and should not be used to make health or medication decisions without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. You assume all responsibility for your health and medication decisions.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
